Investment advice
Every client is able to specify their degree of involvement in the management of their investments, and to receive customised investment advice and recommendations.
We offer 3 principal Mandates:
Execution Mandate :
Here the client manages completely their own portfolio, and takes their own investment decisions. The bank executes, settles, and holds in safe custody the securities on behalf of the client, based on instructions received. Confirmations and timely valuations are also provided to the client.
Advisory Mandate :
Under this mandate the Private Bank will provide a market information update, based on their current investment view and economic outlook. Different investment ideas and opportunities will be discussed with the client, based on their profile and strategy. However it is the client who controls and decides what investments to make.
The Bank will also execute, settle, and hold in safe custody securities on behalf of the client.
This is an evolution from the “Execution Mandate”, which enables the client to be kept well informed based on the Private Banks investment view.
Discretionary Mandate :
With this mandate it is the Private Bank which performs the day-to-day management of the client’s investment portfolio. The bank, at its discretion, may transact (buy or sell) investments for the portfolio based on, limits, restrictions, and objectives previously established and set with the client.
The Bank will also settle, and hold in safe custody the securities, providing regular valuation reporting to the client, relative to the portfolio evolution.
Whichever solution you choose, the Private Bank will put at your disposal appropriate experts, to meet your requirements.
